hang loose with AERO YOGA.
We are super excited to announce that we’ll be offering aerial yoga workshops for adults, children and parent-child-duos at LLTS!
During these workshops, you’ll perform some basic yoga flows in the air with the support of silk hammocks, that are suspended from the ceiling.
