Aurel & Axel have developed a model of urban agriculture that combines traditional and innovative farming to produce a wide range of raw and processed products all year round. They produce micro-sprouts, mushrooms, aromatic herbs, cosmetic flowers, vegetables and fruit. They also process some of these products to develop new processed products for the market (beer with microfoam, vinegar with aromatic herbs, ice cream with microfoam, etc.).
